ArtsEffect 2019 features some of Canada’s best contemporary artists in a live auction led by esteemed auctioneer, Stephen Ranger. All funds raised go to support VIBE Arts, an award-winning charitable organization committed to providing youth in under-resourced communities with high-quality community and school based arts education. This year artist’s Rebecca Ladds and Tessar Lo donated work to this worthy cause.
